DREAMERS.ID - Tadi malam, telah diumumkan nominasi lengkap dari ajang penghargaan Oscars 2018. Terdapat 24 kategori yang telah diumumkan oleh aktris yang membintangi 'Girls Trip', Tiffany Haddish dan aktor yang membintangi 'War for the Planet of the Apes', Andy Serkis.
Dari sekian banyak film yang terdapat dalam list nominasi, film yang mendapatkan nominasi terbanyak adalah 'The Shape of Water', yang dibintangi oleh Sally Hawkins, Michael Shannon, Richard Jenkins, Doug Jones, Michael Stuhlbarg, dan Octavia Spencer. Film ini berhasil mendapatkan 13 nominasi. Sebelumnya, film ini juga menang besar di ajang Critics Choice Awards 2018.
Film yang kedua yang meraih nominasi terbanyak adalah 'Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri'. Film yang juga telah meraih kemenangan besar di Golden Globes 2018 ini mendapat 9 nominasi, termasuk Best Picture, Best Actress dan Supporting Actor. 'Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri' disebut-sebut akan kembali bersaing ketat dengan 'The Shape of Water'.
'Dunkirk' berhasil meraih 7 nominasi, beberapa diantaranya adalah Best Picture, Productin Design dan Best Director. Banyak yang menjagokan Christopher Nolan, yang bertugas sebagai director film 'Dunkirk'. Meski belum mendapat kemenangan untuk kategori Best Picture, tapi film ini juga merupakan salah satu kandidat kuat setelah dua film di atas.
Oscars 2018 akan diselenggarakan pada 4 Maret 2018 di Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, Los Angeles, California. Acara ini masih akan dibawakan oleh presenter yang sama seperti lalu, yaitu Jimmy Kimmel, dan akan disiarkan secara langsung melalui channel ABC.
